Dashboard Widgets
This reference describes all widgets and actions available on your agent dashboard.
Dashboard Widgets
Section titled “Dashboard Widgets”Needs you now
Section titled “Needs you now”Location: Top of the dashboard, above the widget grid. Shown to agents and brokers.
Purpose: The leads that need a response before anything else on this page
Two lists:
- Response clock: new leads with the five-minute clock running or already missed. Chips count down live (
3m 41s left) or show the overrun in red (12m 06s over). Soonest-to-expire first, then the least-overdue missed ones. - Hot right now: HOT leads in the active pipeline, highest score first.
Each row links to the lead’s detail page. Agents see their own leads; brokers and owners see the whole brokerage.
Refresh frequency: Chips tick in the browser without a reload
Empty state: “Nothing is waiting on you. Every new lead has been contacted.”
Active Listings
Section titled “Active Listings”Location: Top left quadrant
Purpose: Displays properties you’re currently marketing
Data shown:
- Total active listings count
- Listing addresses
- Days on market
- Current status (pending, active, contingent)
Refresh frequency: Every 5 minutes (automatic)
Recent Leads
Section titled “Recent Leads”Location: Top right quadrant
Purpose: Shows new inquiries requiring attention
Data shown:
- Lead name and contact info
- Source (website form, phone, referral)
- Property of interest
- Time received
- Current stage (new, contacted, engaged)
Refresh frequency: Real-time
Alert conditions: Red badge appears when leads are in “New” stage for >1 hour
Upcoming Tours
Section titled “Upcoming Tours”Location: Bottom left quadrant
Purpose: Scheduled property showings for the current week
Data shown:
- Date and time
- Property address
- Client name
- Confirmation status
Refresh frequency: Every 5 minutes
Performance Metrics
Section titled “Performance Metrics”Location: Bottom right quadrant
Purpose: Tracks engagement with your listings
Metrics shown:
- Total views (last 7/30/90 days)
- Favorites/saves count
- Contact form submissions
- Property detail page views
- Map clicks
Refresh frequency: Daily at midnight
Quick Actions
Section titled “Quick Actions”From the dashboard header, you have access to:

| Calendar | Top navigation icon | Opens tour scheduling calendar |

| Profile | Avatar dropdown | Access profile settings |
Data Refresh Behavior
Section titled “Data Refresh Behavior”Automatic refresh:
- Dashboard data refreshes every 5 minutes automatically
- Real-time updates for new leads (push notifications)
- Performance metrics update daily at midnight
Manual refresh:
- Click the refresh icon (top right) to update immediately
- Useful after adding a new listing or responding to a lead
Widget States
Section titled “Widget States”Empty States
Section titled “Empty States”When a widget has no data:
- Needs you now: “Nothing is waiting on you. Every new lead has been contacted.”
- Active Listings: “No active listings. Ready to add your first property?”
- Recent Leads: “No new leads. Check back soon!”
- Upcoming Tours: “No tours scheduled this week.”
- Performance Metrics: “No data available for selected date range.”
Loading States
Section titled “Loading States”While fetching data:
- Skeleton placeholders appear
- Widgets show animated loading indicators
- Timeout: 10 seconds (error message if data fetch fails)
