Notification History

Every alert the platform sends you is also written to your notification history, whatever channel carried it. Open Notifications in the admin sidebar; the badge on it is your unread count.

KindWhen
Response window missedA new lead assigned to you crossed the response target with no contact attempt logged. Brokers get it for unassigned leads.
ReminderThe second nudge to the agent, after the brokerage’s reminder window, while the lead is still untouched.
Escalated to brokersThe lead is still untouched after the escalation window. Brokers and owners get it, naming the agent.
Escalated againThe final rung, a day later by default.
Follow-up dueThe follow-up you (or the brokerage default) booked on a lead has come due. Once per follow-up.
Lead reassigned to youThe platform moved a lead to you during an escalation or a re-engagement.
Test notificationThe test you sent from the bell.

Each row shows the title, the first lines of the message, when it happened, the lead it is about, and three channel chips: Email, Text, Push. A chip is solid when that channel actually carried the alert to you and struck through when it did not, so “why didn’t I get a text” is answered on the row: your brokerage has texts off, you opted out on your profile, or the platform has no SMS provider configured.

  • Opening a lead marks every alert about that lead read, which is what a push click does on its way to the lead.
  • Mark read on a row, or Mark all read at the top, does the rest.
  • The badge refreshes about once a minute and immediately after anything you mark.

History is per person. A broker sees the escalations addressed to brokers; an agent sees the alerts addressed to them, including ones sent before their login was linked to their agent record.
