Lead Sources
Section titled “Lead Sources”Leads originate from the following channels:

| Contact Forms | General website inquiries |
| Tour Requests | Showing appointment requests |
| Phone Calls | Tracked call inquiries |
Pipeline Stages
Section titled “Pipeline Stages”Leads progress through the canonical 8-state pipeline. See the State Machine Card for transitions, reverse-edge reason codes, and the full diagram.

|---|---|
| NEW | Fresh inquiry, no contact attempted yet |
| CONTACTING | Outreach in progress, awaiting response or qualification |
| QUALIFIED | Motivation confirmed; actively searching, touring, or listing |
| COMMITTED | Buyer’s or listing agreement signed |
| IN_CONTRACT | Offer accepted; transaction in escrow |
| CLOSED | Transaction completed |
| ARCHIVED | Dormant but salvageable; re-entry edge available on signal |
| TRASHED | Bogus contact info or terminated; re-entry edge on contact update |
Lead Record Fields
Section titled “Lead Record Fields”Each lead record contains the following fields:
